Description

VORSK VMP-2MD 1.75J Black GBB Rifle – Modular Precision with Realistic Blowback

Combining a modular platform, realistic gas blowback operation and a precision-focused design, the VORSK VMP-2MD 1.75J GBB Rifle in Black is built for airsoft players who want a controllable, adaptable rifle for outdoor skirmishing and designated marksman-style gameplay.

Part of the VORSK Modular Platform (VMP) family, the VMP-2MD features a CNC-finished aluminium upper receiver, a high-impact polymer lower receiver and handguard, plus a six-position adjustable stock with cheek riser. Its semi-automatic-only operation and externally accessible TDC/VSR-style hop-up system make it a compelling option for players who favour deliberate shooting and a consistent aiming position.

Powered by gas, the VMP-2MD delivers the mechanical movement and recoil sensation associated with a gas blowback rifle, bringing an engaging shooting experience to your airsoft loadout.

A Modular Platform Built Around Your Loadout

The VMP-2MD is designed to be more than a standard out-of-the-box rifle. Its modular construction allows compatible components to be changed to suit different player preferences and configurations.

The platform supports compatible GBB M4/AR-15 specification handguards, pistol grips and stock assemblies, giving experienced players options for customising the rifle’s ergonomics. Always confirm the compatibility of replacement parts before purchase, as not every M4-style component is interchangeable.

Semi-Automatic Operation for Controlled Shooting

The VMP-2MD is configured for semi-automatic fire only. This makes it suited to players who prefer measured shots, controlled engagements and a more deliberate style of play.

Its 410mm inner barrel, 6.03mm tightbore specification and adjustable hop-up provide a precision-oriented foundation. Actual accuracy and effective range depend on BB quality and weight, hop-up adjustment, gas temperature, maintenance and individual site conditions.

Accessible TDC/VSR Hop-Up Adjustment

The rotary hop-up adjustment is accessible from the upper rail, allowing players to tune the hop without needing to dismantle the rifle for routine adjustment. The system follows a TDC/VSR-style arrangement and is designed around compatible VSR-pattern hop-up components.

Correct adjustment helps apply backspin to the BB, improving its flight path. Take time to test different suitable BB weights and fine-tune the hop-up before skirmishing.

Adjustable Stock and Practical Rail Space

The six-position extendable stock incorporates an adjustable cheek riser to help the user establish a comfortable and repeatable cheek weld, particularly when using an optic. The 20mm flat-top rail provides a mounting platform for compatible optics and accessories, while the handguard includes additional accessory rails.

Ambidextrous controls, dual magazine releases and a charging handle that can be configured for left- or right-side operation add to the rifle’s adaptable design. Removable fibre iron sights are also supplied.

1.75 Joules – Understand the Power Rating

The manufacturer specifies a muzzle energy of 1.75 joules, equivalent to approximately 430 FPS with a 0.20g BB under the stated test conditions using VORSK V6 GBB fuel.

FPS is not a fixed value under every condition. Gas type, ambient temperature, BB weight and the rifle’s condition can affect measured performance. Always chrono the rifle with the gas and BB combination you intend to use, and check the rules of your chosen airsoft site before playing.

The BR Airsoft Pro Take

The VORSK VMP-2MD offers an interesting option for players who want the hands-on experience of a gas blowback rifle in a semi-automatic-only configuration. The adjustable cheek riser, accessible hop-up and modular furniture make it particularly appealing to players who like to refine their setup rather than simply use a rifle straight out of the box.

The 20-round magazine means you will need to manage ammunition more carefully than with a high-capacity AEG magazine, while gas-powered performance is influenced by temperature and maintenance. For players who enjoy realistic operation, controlled shooting and customisation, the VMP-2MD provides a distinctive alternative to an electric rifle.

UK Airsoft Use and Site Compatibility

At 1.75 joules, this rifle is intended for use only where its measured power and semi-automatic operation are permitted by the site’s rules. Site limits vary, and some venues apply additional restrictions to designated marksman-style rifles. Always confirm acceptance with your chosen site and chrono the rifle before use.

UK purchase requirements apply to realistic imitation firearms. Buyers should ensure they meet the applicable legal requirements and provide any requested defence evidence or proof of a legitimate reason for purchase.
