Next-Gen Firepower: Specna Arms SA-P27 PRIME Daniel Defense RIII 10.5″ M4 AEG

The airsoft market just shifted gears. The Specna Arms SA-P27 PRIME series lands straight out of the box with the kind of high-end internal upgrades that players usually spend hundreds of pounds and hours at the tech bench trying to achieve. Combining fully licensed Daniel Defense markings, a cutting-edge brushless motor, and Bluetooth programming capability, this compact 10.5″ M4 platform represents the absolute pinnacle of modern skirmish performance.

Key Features & Performance

  • Dark Matter 27k Brushless Motor: Delivers near-instantaneous trigger response, extreme battery efficiency, and massive torque without the heat buildup of traditional motors.
  • GATE ASTER II Bluetooth ETU: Program your trigger sensitivity, pre-cocking, binary mode, and active braking directly from your smartphone via the Gate Control Station app.
  • Heavily Reinforced ?ther V2 Gearbox: A robust shell packing CNC steel 16:1 gears, a full steel-tooth polymer piston, and a complete aluminium pneumatic assembly for a perfect air seal.
  • Magnus TDC Rotary Hop-Up: Utilises a Top Down Center tensioner paired with a Helium Flat Hop bucking and a 6.02mm steel precision inner barrel for laser-like accuracy.
  • Licensed Daniel Defense RIS III Rail: A lightweight, streamlined 10.5″ aluminium M-LOK handguard providing an uninterrupted 20mm Picatinny top rail and a preinstalled alloy angled foregrip.
  • ESA2 Quick-Change Spring System: Swap out your mainspring via the buffer tube in under a minute without stripping down your gearbox.

The “Pro” Take

If you want a rifle that dominates both heavy woodland and fast-paced urban arenas without requiring a single internal upgrade, this is your ticket. The combination of a brushless motor and the ASTER II ETU gives you an absolute monster of a trigger cycle. On semi-auto, double-taps are lightning fast, and the absolute consistency of the Magnus TDC hop-up means you can comfortably hop heavier BBs (like 0.28g or 0.30g) to reach right out to the edge of AEG range.

UK Spec & Site Performance

The SA-P27 PRIME is fully optimized for the British airsoft ecosystem. Out of the box, it is supplied with multiple springs to make it perfectly compliant with UK site power limits.

For standard UK site limits (typically 350 FPS on a 0.20g BB for full-auto capable RIFs), simply drop in the included M90 spring using the toolless ESA2 system to keep you safely under the 1.14 Joule limit for close-quarters work. The compact 10.5″ outer barrel setup makes it an agile choice for slicing corners in tight British urban CQB sites, yet the precision barrel and flat-hop setup ensure it maintains the range and grouping consistency needed to cut through dense foliage in classic UK woodland skirmishes.

Important Note: In compliance with UK law, buyers must possess a valid defense (such as a UKARA registration) to purchase this Realistic Imitation Firearm (RIF) in its original black or bronze finish. Alternatively, our in-house two-tone painting service is available at checkout.

Friendly FAQ

What battery do you recommend for this rifle?
We highly recommend a high-quality 7.4V LiPo stick battery with a Deans (T-connector) plug, which fits neatly inside the 6-position adjustable crane stock buffer tube.

Do I need a special link cable to change the trigger settings?
Not at all. Because the GATE ASTER II features integrated Bluetooth 5.2, you can connect your smartphone directly to the rifle wirelessly using the free Gate Control Station app.

What comes included in the box?
You get the SA-P27 PRIME rifle, two 125-round mid-cap S-MAG magazines, a preinstalled alloy angled foregrip, an M90 spring, an M135 spring, a Deans-to-Mini-Tamiya adapter, and a BB speedloader.
