As an accessory, this mag does not require a UKARA to purchase, but it is designed for RIFs (Realistic Imitation Firearms). It is the perfect addition to any legal, non-two-toned G-Series pistol.
For most of the year in the UK, a standard "Green Gas" is perfect. In the colder winter months, you might want to switch to a "Red Gas" to maintain consistent pressure and cycling.
Like most high-cap style magazines with a reservoir, there will be a slight rattle from the BBs. However, the manual winding keeps the tension high, which helps dampen the noise during movement.
There is a convenient fill hatch on the front. Simply pour your BBs in, close the hatch, and turn the large winding wheel on the face of the drum until you hear the click of the spring being fully tensioned.
